These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of Monster Miles Virtual Challenge website, Monster Miles mobile application, and any related software and services (all together, the "Services"). Collectively the Services enable participation in, or the running of, Virtual Challenges (the "Challenge" or "Challenges") both individually, or within Teams or Groups.

By using the Services, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Use of the Services

You must be 18 years of age or over to use the Services.

This website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Participating in a Challenge

You must have an Account in order to participate in a Challenge, and this will be created during the Sign-Up process and completed once Payment has been received.

By creating an Account, you agree to our storage of your personal data that is collected.

You are responsible for activities that occur using your account. You must use a secure password for your Account, and not share this password, or your Account with anyone else.

You must Sign In and use your Account to log your progress within the Challenge, and you give us permission to Publish your Progress Log within the Challenge.

For the purposes of clarity, your Progress Log refers to the log of your mileages completed, along with any optional descriptions that you choose to also provide, it does not include your evidence. Any evidence that you upload is treated as Private Data, and will be protected and held in a secure manner for your privacy.

Your participation in a Challenge is at your own risk and it is your sole responsibility to determine that you have the required fitness level for any Challenge that you choose to enter. We accept no liability for injury, including any losses caused by injury, from participation in a Challenge.

Payments and Refunds

The pricing for each Challenge is available on the website, and will be displayed clearly before payment is taken.

There is a cooling-off period of 14 days after you have joined a Challenge, during which you are entitled to a refund.

No Refunds will be given for any products that have been personalized.

No Refunds will be given if a Challenge has started, and You have logged Progress towards that Challenge.

Intellectual Property

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

The Services contain Intellectual Property that belongs to us, including but not limited to, methods to provide and manage virtual challenges.

All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

Acceptable Use of the Services

You may use the Services for your own Personal Use only, and you may not use the Services for any Commercial Purpose except those expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.

You may not backward engineer the Service.

You may not use the Services in a way which would limit the use of the Services by others.

You may not use any automated methods to access the Services, except those that are provided as part of the Services and covered within these Terms and Conditions.

You must not use these Services in any way that would be deemed illegal.

You must not use these Services in any way which would be deemed to cause harm or injury to others, including but not limited to, online bullying, stalking, harassment or any discriminatory behaviour or hate crimes.

Provision of Services

Whilst we make all attempts to provide a continual and stable provision of these Services, it is not possible to guarantee that we are able to do this 100% of the time and there are likely to be occasions in which the Services will be unavailable for a short amount of time.

We provide no guarantee that the Services will be available 100% of the time.

Whilst we make all attempts to provide a high quality level of Service, it is not possible to guarantee that we are always able to deal with every use, device, or circumstance that may occur.

We provide no warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the suitability of these Services for any purpose.
